BLAST against gene transcripts

These are standard abbreviations (Eur. J. Biochem. 150: 1-5, 1985) used to represent ambiguity in nucleotide sequence:

A or C = M
A or G = R
A or T = W
C or T = Y
G or T = K
G or C = S

Enter a SNP site using the appropriate ambiguity code, or with the alternate bases in square brackets. For example,

ACGTAGCCMGTAGTA

would be equivalent to:

ACGTAGCC[AC]GTAGTA
